Cottage Information

Cottage 3 -$150 per night is a spacious one-bed room cottage with a queen size bed and a queen sofa sleeper that can comfortably accommodate four guest. This cottage has a large living room with a wood-burning fireplace. You can hear the Big Thompson river all the time, and with a short walk you can rest on the banks of the river or even fish. Cottage 4 - $130 per night is a large one-bedroom cottage with a queen size bed and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. It is perfect for couples or a small family. The living room features plenty of room to kick back and relax or simply walk out your door and start your adventure. Reservations


ALL COTTAGES HAVE ONE INDOOR BATHROOM EACH.

If you are a golfer planning to golf at out great 18 or 9 hole course, I can make a reservation for you as far in advance as you would like. That is very nice of our management team and conviente for you.

FloAnn's Cottages are fully equipped...all you need to bring is your food, clothes and your appetite for adventure AND YOUR OWN FIREWOOD.

All cottages have charcoal grills and assorted patios to lounge and eat on. Fire pits are to be used when there is no danger of starting a forest fire. We do have fire bans when we have not had any moisture. Starting a forest fire is easier than most people think.

NO SMOKING INSIDE. OUTSIDE ONLY AND PLEASE USE ASHTRAYS.

DO NOT FLICK CIGERATE BUTTS INTO THE FOREST
