Cancellation Policy: If cancellation
is made 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less
$25 cancellation fee. If less than 14 days, the deposit is forfeited
unless the cottage is rebooked. Cancellations less than 7 days before
arrival will obligate you for the entire booked reservation unless
the unit can be rebooked. If you cancel and I have parcially booked
your reserved dates, you are still responsible for the remainder
of the booked dates. Upon arrival, and you are unhappy about something,
I will do my utmost to fix the problem. FloAnn's cottage's wants
you to have a wonderfull time and be happy.
No Show: In the case of "no show", the entire booked reservation
will be charged on the credit card minus the 1/3 deposit already
received of course.
Deposits: Reservations require 1/3 deposit of the entire
stay, secured with a credit card. The deposit can be made with the
card or a check received within 7 days of the booking.
Check In: Check in is 2:30, check out is 10:30. If you are
going to be very early or late, please let me know. If I FloAnn
not going to be on site when you are to arrive, there will be a
note on the door and the key in the door for you. If there are any
problems with the unit or you need additional assistance,let us
get together and work on it. Be ready to have a wonderful vacation.
Pets Are Welcome: Please use the doggy bags supplied to pick
up after your pets. A fee, to be determined,
will be charged if damage has resulted from your pet. A daily fee
of $5 for each pet is very reasonable. If you have pets that like
to relax on the couch, etc, please ask for extra sheets to protect
the furniture. Being a pet owner and knowing your pets and you want
your pets to feel at home, that is great, just protect the furniture.

Smoking: Smoking is accepted outside only using
ashtrays, which are supplied in the cottages. Please be aware of
starting a fire. If you decide to smoke in the cottage, there will
be a $45 extra charge. Do not leave cigarette butts around the area.
Please do not put me in the position of charging you for littering.
Extra Cleaning: Please keep the littering
in the trash containers provided. This is your home away from home,
so please keep it clean. If you decide not to, there will be a $45
extra cleaning charge.

A final thought: Please do not pick the wild flowers, treat
the forest kindly, it takes a long time to make one, and have a
fabulous time.
